Cancellation & Refund Policy
We require a $99 deposit to reserve your booth.
Full refund available with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit (we can’t rebook that date) We get it—life happens! Just keep us in the loop and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Safety & Setup
We bring high-quality gear to every event. Please provide a safe, dry, and powered location for setup. Access to power is required!
Bonus features like social media integration require a WiFi connection on-site for the Inflatable LED Booth and Pop Up Booth. Halo Booth comes with its own mobile hotspot.
